Guide to the scientific art of living in flow

by Max Gotzler

The author describes his flow journal like this:

“What gets you in the flow? What's stopping you? What methods are there and how can you integrate them into your everyday life?

On this site, designed with love (and flow), you'll find insights from over a hundred expert interviews and the most effective concepts from the world's leading productivity and motivational coaches like Tony Robbins, Vishen Lakhiani, David Allen and Tim Ferriss.

In this Flow Journal I have incorporated my most valuable experiences, conceptual discoveries and transmitted wisdom from my years in search of flow. I hope that my insights will now help you to fill your own life with more flow..."
